Revenue Operations Manager

We offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Commercial Tech Stack Strategist. In this role, you will own and implement the strategy for our RevOps tech stack, partnering with Commercial leaders to design and implement processes that drive performance through data-led insights.
This position sits within our Finance & Analytics team and reports directly to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager. As part of this team, you will work closely with both Finance and Analytics, providing direct access to the data pipeline to deliver best-in-class analysis and reporting to support the full Commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and implementing Salesforce strategy, a passion for designing efficient processes, and an inquisitive nature to understand underlying performance drivers.
Your Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the strategy and architecture for Salesforce and integrations with other tooling, ensuring efficiency, data capture, and reporting.
- Own and deliver commercial management information reporting, holding Commercial leaders accountable against targets and helping them understand their performance.
- Design and implement process improvements across Commercial functions that enhance performance and surface insights.
- Manage sales funnel reporting and use data-driven insights to optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Commercial leaders to support them in exceeding their targets by providing data-driven insights on performance and identifying threats and opportunities to their team's performance.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
