About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast-paced dynamic team. As a key member of our Commercial organization, you will be responsible for providing insights, designing commercial frameworks, and leading commercial initiatives to support our Commercial teams in meeting their challenging goals.

  1. Design and Deliver Performance Management Frameworks
    Create and implement performance management frameworks that drive sales productivity and portfolio performance.
  2. Drive Commercial Business Reviews
    Develop and deliver reporting mechanisms to facilitate commercial business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  3. Lead Complex Analysis
    Analyze trends at portfolio and market levels, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
  4. Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities
    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, design mechanisms to roll them out at scale, and track their success.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  4. Good working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-growth, technology company and possess good working knowledge of finance, business management, and sales operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
