Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast-paced dynamic team. As a key member of our Commercial organization, you will be responsible for providing insights, designing commercial frameworks, and leading commercial initiatives to support our Commercial teams in meeting their challenging goals.
- Design and Deliver Performance Management Frameworks
Create and implement performance management frameworks that drive sales productivity and portfolio performance. - Drive Commercial Business Reviews
Develop and deliver reporting mechanisms to facilitate commercial business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly). - Lead Complex Analysis
Analyze trends at portfolio and market levels, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights. - Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, design mechanisms to roll them out at scale, and track their success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Good working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-growth, technology company and possess good working knowledge of finance, business management, and sales operations.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
