Revenue Operations Manager

As a key member of Nivoda Limited’s leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our rapidly scaling marketplace. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing models, managing customer credit processes, and driving data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and product teams.
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and implement systems that maximize profitability and ensure consistency across the marketplace. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Pricing Models: Achieve a 10% increase in pricing consistency across all customer segments, contributing to a 15% improvement in gross margin.
- Customer Credit Management: Ensure that 98% of customer credit limits are accurately tracked and managed, reducing default risk by 20%.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards and analytics that improve decision-making for sales teams, increasing forecast accuracy by 30%.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
- Strong experience managing pricing models, customer credit processes, and lead allocation strategies
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
