Sales Operations Manager Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Beqom North America Inc. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our regional sales teams in achieving their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Operations Planning: Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, target setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences, including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to quarterly go-to-market business reviews and board presentations.
  • System Deployment: Oversee strong deployment and administration of all existing and future GTM systems.
  • Operational Process Management: Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, deal desk support, RFI/RFP writing, etc.).
  • Business Intelligence: Build a strong Business Intelligence function with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations; experience in a joint operating role of sales and marketing ops within SaaS environment a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus. Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset. Experienced with Miller Heiman sales methodology is a big plus.
