Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Amazon Freight

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Freight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading commercial initiatives, developing commercial frameworks, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement performance management frameworks to drive commercial excellence.
  2. Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to inform commercial decision-making.
  3. Lead complex analysis to identify trends and opportunities at portfolio and market levels.
  4. Identify and develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products, and track their success.
  5. Support strategic planning cycles and lead GTM initiatives for the commercial team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  3. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  4. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
  5. Good working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
