Customer Success Manager

The Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing relationships with Buyers to maximise customer success and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in face-to-face client meetings, experience delivering presentations to clients, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business strategies to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
