Customer Success and Growth Lead

**About the Role:**
We are recruiting for an exceptional CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND GROWTH LEAD to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:
- ANALYZE CUSTOMER DATA TO UNDERSTAND PREFERENCES AND BEHAVIORS, AND DEVELOP TARGETED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND RETENTION.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-facing initiatives.
**Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer success, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of success in driving customer growth and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop targeted solutions.
**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
