We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group in Oxford. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure successful partnerships.
• Identifying new business opportunities and working closely with the sales team.
