Job Title

A Service Delivery Manager is required by an Oxford-based business to maximise customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Design tools and strategies to help clients recognise the value of our services
  • Effectively manage supplier escalations to prevent issues
  • Create and manage buyer account budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain action plans and deliver regular reports to senior managers
  • Provide performance reports to sector managers to inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate training sessions for buyers on our systems and processes

This role requires travel of 1-2 times per month, so a valid driving licence is essential. Experience in managing information and customer relationships is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a B2B Customer Success/Service Delivery environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
