Customer Success and Sales Support Assistant

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Super Benji Limited. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a fast-paced start-up environment, gain experience with AI-powered tools, and contribute to our growth journey.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.
- Assist with lead generation and qualification using AI-powered tools.
- Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure prospects and clients receive an exceptional experience.
- Support onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall company goals.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, based on location in Oxford and the requirements of the role.
