Customer Success Lead

The Recruitment Group is looking for a Customer Success Lead to manage relationships with our clients and maximize their satisfaction.
This role involves developing tools and strategies for our clients to ensure they can recognize the value they are getting.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and experience delivering presentations to clients.
A salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
This role requires frequent travel to clients, so a driving license is essential.
Key responsibilities will include developing engaging relationships with clients, creating and managing budgets for client accounts, and maintaining action plans for Buyers.
Delivering performance reports to senior managers and facilitating training for Buyers are also important aspects of this role.
