The Recruitment Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Customer Success to manage relationships with Buyers, ensuring maximum customer success in a B2B environment.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth through effective account management.
  • You will work closely with sector managers to create and manage budgets for buyer accounts and deliver performance reports.
  • Facilitate training for Buyers on systems and processes and travel to clients 1-2 times per month.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
  • A flexible working arrangement with hybrid options.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in managing information in a service environment and customer relationships required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
