Partnersand is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Science and Technology team in the South East of England. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000.

This role involves working in conjunction with the regional placement partners to ensure challenging risks are placed in a timely manner for the benefit of the client. You will also provide accurate sales forecasts to the Science & Technology National Practice Lead and be accountable for service delivery, ensuring progress for all client workstreams, building alignment of internal client teams on related workstreams.

  • Building and managing a personal pipeline of potential clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for leads to other areas of B2B, providing introductions and supporting our internal referral process (Private Client, WH&P).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with regional placement partners to ensure challenging risks are placed in a timely manner for the benefit of the client.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts to the Science & Technology National Practice Lead.
  • Accountability for service delivery, ensuring progress for all client workstreams, building alignment of internal client teams on related workstreams.
