About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day health and safety practices within the business, reporting directly to the H&S Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor health and safety systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and observations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience of managing health and safety teams. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes a range of perks, including annual leave and professional development opportunities.
