Elevate Client Relationships and Drive Revenue Growth as an Account Manager at PayPoint

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth and Retention: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Upsell our portfolio of payment solutions to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets.
  • Sales Planning: Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to assess progress and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and delivering the sale.
  • Contract Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiation to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Account Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing account relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Targets: Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels to influence and drive results.
  • Facilitation, Organisation, and Project Management: Strong facilitation, organisational, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and business development orientation.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer systems and technology.
  • Education: Degree level education or equivalent preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
