As our Head of Development and Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving our fundraising efforts forward, inspiring a talented team, and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives innovation and excellence.
  • Inspiring and leading a team of five passionate fundraisers, fostering their growth and ensuring exceptional results.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with donors, supporters, and partners, ensuring they stay connected to our mission.
  • Taking ownership of financial planning and reporting, ensuring we are on track to hit our £1.9m target.
  • Ensuring all fundraising activities align with best practices, compliance standards, and the high ethical standards our donors expect.
