Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, with a focus on supporting children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of children aged 5 to 17, working closely with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Develop and implement individual care plans, collaborating with professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Provide high-quality care to children and young people, meeting their individual needs and promoting their well-being.
• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities, promoting their participation and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with professionals to support children's needs and advocate for their rights, upholding their dignity and respect.
