Raise House Residential Children’s Home is a special place, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, we are truly young people focussed, supporting and nurturing up to 3 young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, to grow, develop and flourish.

We are currently looking for committed and resilient Residential Support Workers to provide high quality day-to-day care to our children and young people. As a member of Raise House, you will build positive relationships with each child and young person in order to meet their various needs, taking responsibility as a key worker. You will know how to work as part of a dedicated team and be pro-active and consistent in your approach to safeguarding and supporting our young people through effective engagement in their daily routines and activities.

To be successful you must have experience of working in children’s residential care, with the drive and enthusiasm to inspire and make a real difference to the lives of young people, and a commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

All Residential Support Workers should have Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or be willing to study towards gaining this qualification.

**Salary**: £12.95 per hour
