Support Worker for Young People with Learning Disabilities

We are collaborating with a children's residential home to provide care and support to young people with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our service users.
About the PositionThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity that involves working on a rolling rota, including sleep-in shifts. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centered plans for service users.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Participate in activities designed to promote social inclusion, education, and personal growth.
- A relevant qualification or experience working with young people with learning disabilities.
- A valid UK/EU manual driving licence is essential for this role.
