Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for Young People with SEND in the Teesside area.

In this role, you will be working closely with students who require additional support to overcome barriers to learning. Your expertise and patience will help these students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

  • A professional Teaching Qualification (QTS / QTLS) is not necessarily required for this role, but experience of working with young people with SEND is essential.
  • You should have a proven ability to plan and deliver Maths and English sessions that cater to individual needs.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory, and we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed.

This position offers attractive benefits, including excellent daily rates paid through PAYE, flexible hours, pension contributions, and opportunities for professional development.

Estimated Salary: £22-£32 per hour
