About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Young People's Learning Facilitator to join our team in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Autism or other additional needs and a passion for education and helping people.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate group learning activities to support learners with special educational needs.
  2. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive daily rate of £15-20 per hour, paid via PAYE system, plus opportunities for professional development through CPD, pension contributions, and social events to network with colleagues.
