Youth Development Facilitator

**Role Overview:** We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a **Community Health Facilitator**. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with our project team and community champions to deliver young responder first aid sessions in local communities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver young responder first aid sessions in the community, working collaboratively with the Project Coordinators, project team, and Community Champions
- Develop partnerships with local organisations and educational settings to support project delivery and promote the project within local communities
- Facilitate training to upskill young people and volunteers to become Community Champions
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to Community Champions and raise any concerns in accordance with St John Ambulance policy
**Requirements:** The successful candidate will have experience in youth work or working with young people in a community context, as well as experience in planning and delivering community-based training. They will also have advanced planning, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels.
**What We Offer:** A salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing to 38 days over 5 years, options to buy and sell holiday, free first aid/mental aid first aider courses, Blue Light and NHS online shopping discounts, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health and wellbeing tools, and volunteering days.
