Hours: 5 days out of 7, usually Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

About the Role
St Elizabeth's Centre is seeking an experienced professional to lead our residential children's services. This role will involve managing seven homes, ensuring high standards of care, and overseeing the registration process with Ofsted.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing children's homes, as well as experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist organisation that provides high-quality care and education to children and young people with epilepsy and other complex medical conditions.

About You
You will be someone who thinks creatively, works collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

We are looking for someone with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification, and significant experience working with children with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
