Care Assistant for Young Lady with Complex Needs

SNAP Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to support a young lady with complex needs in Nottingham. This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive salary of £17.00 gross per hour, rising to £17.50 after a successful probation period.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex care requirements, particularly those with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and dystonia. A strong understanding of communication methods, such as Eye Gaze and Yes/No communication, is essential.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing 35 hours of support per week. The successful candidate will also benefit from excellent person-centered training, continued professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to the young lady
- Assisting with daily activities, such as mobility and medication management
- Encouraging participation in wheelchair dance classes and other leisure activities
