Requirements:
  • Band 5: At least 18 months of experience in complex health or acute medicine, ideally within an acute or community setting.
  • Band 6: Advanced experience, ready to take on leadership responsibilities in the management and coordination of care.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a pension scheme, work-life balance, and a real work family feel to our employment approach.
