As a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Mersey Care, you will be responsible for leading clinical teams, developing policies, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute medicine, long-term health needs of the aging population, and experience in delivering advanced clinical assessments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and participate in service development. They will also be able to motivate staff, implement change, and develop policies that ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist
- Masters level or Professional qualification or equivalent experience
- Teaching qualification or equivalent experience
- Evidence of change management qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of patient flow schemes

About You:
You will be a skilled and experienced nurse with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate staff and implement change. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, able to interrogate complex data and interpret national policy development.
