Empowering Learning is seeking a Behaviour & Learning Support Worker to join our team in a SEND specialist school located in Bingham. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting, particularly with pupils who require SEND support.

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively with children, develop strategies to manage behavioural difficulties, and maintain high levels of care and resilience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children during lessons and school activities, managing their personalised learning based on their individual needs, and assisting staff and children during lunch and break times. This role also involves working with a variety of SEND and Mental Health needs, delivering 1:1 or small group activities, and collecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, free safeguarding training, and access to training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development. If you are passionate about supporting children and young people, please apply for this rewarding opportunity.
