We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a large secondary school in Grange Park, Enfield , starting in November 2024.
This exciting role as a Behaviour Mentor offers you the opportunity to work closely with a supportive staff team in a dynamic educational setting in North London .
As a Behaviour Mentor , you will be part of the pastoral team, working to uphold and monitor the schools behaviour policy.
You will collaborate with the SENDCo and other key staff members, playing a crucial role in supporting students development and wellbeing.
This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone passionate about child development and behaviour management, looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Benefits:
~£90 per day , paid via PAYE.
~ Long-term contract, starting from November 2025 until the end of the academic year.

Essential Requirements:
A Behaviour Mentor position requires a Bachelors degree from a top UK University.
Previous experience working with children is essential, especially in a child-centred or educational setting.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting and guiding students, with a focus on maintaining a positive and structured environment.
