Overview of the Role:
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team as a Young People's Care and Support Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to young individuals aged 11-17 in East London.
Key responsibilities include:
- To provide a safe and nurturing environment that meets the diverse needs of our young people.
- To create a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding, promoting positive relationships between staff and young people.
- To assess the individual support needs of each young person and develop tailored plans to meet those needs.
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the well-being and development of our young people.
