**Overall Responsibilities**

- Write accurate reports for reviews and keep written records for monitoring purposes.
- Attend work reliably and punctually.
- To be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the young people living within Inclusive Care Support’s services through compliance with all requirements including:
- regulations
- legislation
- policies
- procedures
- and to carry out any additional duties as required from time to time to meet the needs of specific young people or Inclusive Care Support.
Inclusive Care provides 24 hour staffed semi-independent accommodation and support for both mixed gender aged 16+. The units are able to accommodate both long
- and short-term placements and can also accommodate placements at short notice. The purpose is to offer a safe, structured, and caring environment to young people who are not living with their parents and are preparing for independent living. The approach of Inclusive Care is to ensure that the young people placed within our care have the skill set and ability to lead independent and fulfilling lives with strong attachments and relationships following on from leaving care.
**Target Group**
- Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children requiring semi-independent accommodation
- Young offenders which include those on bail and returning into the community after leaving a secure training centre or youth offending institute
- Young people at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation
- Young people leaving care and requiring semi-independent accommodation with varying complex needs, including mental health, learning difficulties/disabilities, autism(s) and associated challenging behaviour(s)
- Young people at risk gang affiliation and gang violence
We aim to support our customers to achieve a range of outcomes around independent living, participating in education and employment, building relationships and social networks, and improving well-being. Through specialising in providing community-based services we support people to take control of as much of their life as possible using an approach that makes sure each person has support that is unique to them. It is our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to be an active citizen and engaged in the community where they live and to be enabled to fulfil their ambitions.
The aim of the placement would be to provide young people with a secure, stable and structured placement with clear boundaries for the duration identified by their own individual needs.
As part of the package provided by Inclusive Care, support is given to assist young people to acquire the skills necessary to live independently and progress into the journey to achieving greater independence.
