EBD Young People Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Care Service Manager for EBD Youth to join our team in Northolt. This role will involve leading a team of care staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for the young people in our care.
About the RoleThe EBD Young People Support Coordinator will be responsible for implementing care plans and working closely with the management team to ensure that the service meets the needs of each child. This includes taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for safeguarding, risk management, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in their care.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care for the children and young people.
- Implement care plans and work closely with the management team to ensure the service meets the needs of each child.
- Take an active role in the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support.
- Ensure that the service complies with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
- Be responsible for safeguarding, risk management, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in your care.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with children with EBD, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent, and possess knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies. You will also receive competitive pay at £15.70 per hour plus additional sleep-in payments, ongoing training and opportunities for professional development, as well as the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most.
