Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to join our team in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting. As a PRU Teacher (SEMH & EBD), you will work through an agency, providing a flexible yet stable opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will deliver tailored and engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and EBD.
  • You will develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting resilience and self-confidence in students.
  • You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to student welfare and education.

Requirements:
  • You must be qualified to teach, preferably holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • You should have experience working with students with SEMH and EBD in a PRU or similar setting.
  • You must possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
