Job Summary: Care and Support Lead for Young People

Location: Croydon

About the Role:
  • Care Leadership: Take lead responsibility for the care and support of young people, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Care Planning: Coordinate, monitor, and review care plans for allocated young people, preparing them for transition to adulthood and greater independence.
  • Establishment Management: Ensure the upkeep of the establishment, maintaining health and safety standards and primary care issues.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a care setting, with a strong track record of promoting positive outcomes for young people.
  • Level 3 Diploma: Hold a Level 3 Diploma or above in Residential Child Care or currently working towards it.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Required for this role.
Benefits:
