Lead Professional for Young People
Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Lead Professional for Young People.
This permanent, full-time position will be based in Hayes and will involve leading a team of professionals working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a Level 5 Leadership Management qualification and extensive experience working with children and young people.
Salary: £60,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals working with children and young people
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and resources
- Ensure high-quality care and support for service users
Requirements:
- Level 5 Leadership Management qualification
- Experience working with children and young people
- Strong leadership skills
