Job Title: Children and Young People Professional

The Royal College of Nursing is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Children and Young People Professional. This role involves leading some national projects, working closely with colleagues in policy and practice, and driving the success of the RCN as a business.

About the Role:
• Lead national projects to influence children and young people's nursing practice
• Develop and utilise effective professional relationships between the RCN and relevant national-level external networks and stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues in policy and practice to drive the success of the RCN

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £66,909 - £75,492 per annum pro rata
• Annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale
• Hybrid working model allowing up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home
