About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Children and Young People's Support Professional to join our team at One Call 24 LTD. As a Residential Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people. This includes working within established guidelines, such as the Children's Act and National Minimum Standards, to create a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Attending to childcare tasks like cooking and cleaning is a crucial part of this role. Additionally, acting as a key worker to ensure care plans are met and supporting young people in achieving their goals is vital. Dealing with challenging behavior is also an essential aspect of this position.

Essential Requirements
A minimum of one year's experience in care in the UK, preferably working with children and young people, within the last two years is required. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory. Shifts may include sleep-ins.

Salary Details: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
