About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children and Young People Support Specialist to join our team at Catch22.

This role is based in a community setting and requires a full driving license and access to a car. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, particularly in areas such as substance misuse and child exploitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and risk management to ensure high quality care and support for children and young people.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to achieve positive outcomes.
  • BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AND THEIR FAMILIES, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data recording and contribute to the production of feedback reports.
  • Deliver training and presentations to stakeholders and contribute to the development of service-area specialisms.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with children and young people, particularly in areas such as substance misuse and child exploitation.
