Job Description

This role requires a dynamic and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people in care. As a Children and Young People Practitioner, you will play a vital part in helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of each young person. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help create a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes learning, growth, and self-expression.

Key qualities required for this role include empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of child development principles and experience working with children and/or young people is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including Work Related Travel, Pension Contribution, and Generous Annual Leave (37 Days pro-rata). Our comprehensive training and support package will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rewarding role.
