Job Title: Support Specialist for Young People

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Specialist for Young People. The successful candidate will be working with pupils who require additional support due to complex behavioural needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their career in education, specifically in the role of an inclusion support assistant. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one support to students with complex needs, helping them to engage and participate in their educational activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with complex needs, develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as behaviour management, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
