The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and evaluation projects that inform our work across various portfolios, with a focus on young people's wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research projects to support policy and systems change
  • Analyse data and develop evidence-based reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative research methodologies
  • Work closely with practitioners and managers to support independently commissioned evaluations and learning exercises

**Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies, including young person-centred approaches
  • Experience in conducting research and/or evaluation, from project design through to reporting
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of ethics and safeguarding related to research with young people and families

**Estimated Salary:** £**£29,500 per annum**.
