Job Opportunity: Young People's Advocate

At Peer Power Youth, we're dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential. We're now seeking a compassionate and motivated Young People's Advocate to join our team and help us achieve this vision.

You'll play a vital role in co-creating and delivering programs that engage and inspire young people in secure settings and the community. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you'll have the chance to lead on specialist areas of work within the team, focusing on areas such as advocacy, outreach, and partnerships.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and partners.
  • Design and deliver engaging program content that meets the needs of young people.
  • Lead on specialist areas of work, including advocacy and outreach.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Experience working with young people in secure settings and the community.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

**Compensation Package:**

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
