Night Care Worker Opportunity:
Kingston Noble is recruiting for a Young People's Advocate to work with our team. As a Young People's Advocate, you will be responsible for providing support and care to young people in shared living environments or own accommodation. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and work closely with day staff to provide continuity of care and support.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who can provide high-quality support and care to young people. As a Young People's Advocate, you will be expected to stay alert and attentive throughout the night, ensuring the young people in your care feel safe and supported. You will also be responsible for monitoring curfews, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with day staff to provide continuity of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing support and care to young people in shared living environments or own accommodation
• Monitoring curfews and reporting any unauthorized visitors
• Responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety and security of young people
• Collaborating with day staff to provide continuity of care and support
• Staying alert and attentive throughout the night to ensure the well-being of young people

Requirements:
• Full UK driving license, business insurance, and access to a vehicle (mileage paid)
• Relevant experience in a similar role or working with young people
• Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout the night
• Flexibility to work night shifts on a rotational basis
