Job OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate advocate to join our team as a Young People's Advocacy Worker.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children and young adults within a Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) residential setting for girls and boys aged 7-18.
**Responsibilities**- Meet the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
- Plan team rotas to support the Deputy Manager and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
- £22.22 per hour
- £30 per sleep-in
- 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
- Flexible working on a rota basis - receive a monthly rota 4 weeks in advance
- 40-hour week across 2-3 shifts per week for excellent work-life balance
**What You Need**
- You must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
- Driving is preferred but not essential, depending on the locations of the homes
