Job Description

We are seeking a skilled support worker to join our team as a Children's Residential Activity Worker. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, resilient, and driven to enrich and make a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enabling them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
  • Engage, encourage, and mentor young people while having a whole lot of fun.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Children's Support Worker or other social care experience (desirable).
  • A valid car driver's license, as transportation of young people may be required.
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable).
