We are recruiting for a Residential Child Care Worker - Leadership Role at Atrium Associates Ltd. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

As a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in achieving the home's strategic aims. This includes maintaining relationships with children, families, and professionals, as well as ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of a Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma Level 3 and at least 2 years of experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years. You must also have a full driving license and access to a car.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this position in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
