As a Youth Employment Advocate, you will be instrumental in helping our young clients achieve their goals and aspirations by providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.

Your role will involve working closely with our team to identify opportunities for our young clients, assist them in developing the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure they receive the best possible support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with SEND, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others and is committed to delivering high-quality support and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with young people, parents, employers, and colleagues
  • Previous experience in job coaching or workplace learning is highly desirable
  • Clear, concise report writing and presentation skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of young people
  • Understanding and promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all activities

Salary: £16 per hour
