About the Role

We are seeking a Youth Fundraising Associate to join our team at UK Youth. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the development of employer recruitment strategies, identifying and securing income and employment placements for The Summer Jobs Programme, and providing excellent stewardship and a positive employer experience.

As a key member of the Corporate Partnerships Team, you will work closely with the Employer Recruitment Manager to create engaging sponsorship proposals and menus to meet income targets, collaborate on all UK Youth fundraising opportunities, and integrate our employer ask into our wider corporate partnerships offer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of employer recruitment strategies
  • Identifying and securing income and employment placements
  • Providing excellent stewardship and a positive employer experience
  • Accurately recording programme donation contributions

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
