As a key member of the fundraising team, you will play a vital role in securing new donations for this valuable community resource.

Key Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors, building relationships with new potential supporters, and developing strategic solicitation and stewardship plans to secure new donations of £25,000 or above for a minimum commitment of four years. You will also oversee the Patrons Programme at WEST, ensuring continued support year on year.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management and business development, ideally in the charity sector or commercially, with a track record of achieving five-figure level+ income.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience and input into an organisation's fundraising strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box.
