Youth Welfare Advocate

Carepro Limited is seeking a Youth Welfare Advocate to join our team in South East England. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide knowledge, experience, assistance, and support to maintain a safe and stable family environment.
- Work closely with service users who may be subjected to risk factors such as domestic abuse, substance abuse, absent guardians, living with disabilities, communication barriers, and county lines.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children's & Adults), Registered on the Update Service, five years' practical reference history, ad-hoc and long-term assignments, solution-based service, fast track registration, and true 24/7 on-call service.
