We are recruiting for a Casual Child Support Specialist to join our residential team at Polaris Community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities:
- Drive manual vehicles safely and efficiently to transport young people.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain accurate records and support young people's progress.
- Complete a fully-funded level 3 Children and Young People course to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and young people, promoting their emotional well-being and engagement.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.79-£13.11
- Sleep-in allowance: £36 per night
